Targeted at patients between the ages of 40 and 74, these checks are primarily aimed at patients who are not regularly seen in the Practice. They are intended to look at a range of health issues and identify any that require on-going monitoring and / or support. We have a 5 year programme to see all patients in the target group. If you are in the target group and wish to be seen sooner phone or visit the surgery to ask for an appointment.
