Dr Anna Raymond, female
MBCHb, DRCOG, DFSRH
Dr Raymond is our GP Partner at Drybrook Surgery. She qualified from University of Birmingham in 2000. She did her GP training in Brighton and has worked in the Forest of Dean since 2008. She was the senior GP Partner at Blakeney Surgery for 10 years. In June 2023, when Drybrook Surgery was under threat of closure, she along with our Advanced Nurse Practitioner Katie Dyer took on the Partnership of the surgery with the desire of continuing to support the local community with their healthcare needs. Outside of work she enjoys caring for her three children and looking after her small holding.
Dr Richard Roberts, male
MB BS, DRCOG, MRCGP (2003).
Dr Roberts is our salaried GP. He qualified from Imperial college, London in 1998. He did his GP training in Herefordshire before returning to work in the Forest of Dean in 2003. He has worked as a GP Partner for 21 years in Cinderford, and then decided to change roles to a salaried GP in Drybrook. He enjoys the varied nature of General Practice. Outside work he enjoys watching sport, does some gardening, but is mainly kept very busy taking his two sons to various football and cricket matches.
