Drybrook Surgery – important notice

Please be aware that Drybrook Surgery will be closed today, Wednesday 4th March 2026, between 1pm and 4pm. This temporary closure is essential for our entire team to undertake vital, compulsory staff training, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Fire Safety. This ensures our staff are always up-to-date with critical skills to provide the best and safest care for our patients.

We will re-open as normal at 4pm on Wednesday 4th March 2026. What to do if you need medical help during this time:

  • For urgent medical advice that is not life-threatening, please call NHS 111.
  • In a life-threatening emergency, please call 999.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we invest in our team’s continuous professional development. Thank you, The Team at Drybrook Surgery

Feedback and complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.

Giving feedback

To provide feedback:

We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.

We would like to hear from you if you have a suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. We’d also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the service you’ve received.

We’ll let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.
